Jon Bolinger

Jon Bolinger is currently serving as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager at COPELAND since May 2023. With extensive experience in engineering management across various companies, Bolinger previously held leadership roles at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. and Pratt & Whitney, where notable achievements included leading a manufacturing engineering team to successfully install new equipment and launch a new plant in a compressed timeframe. Additional roles at Lydall Thermal/Acoustical, Inc., Husqvarna, Bosch North America, and Tenneco include overseeing capital budgets, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Bolinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Technology from Kent State University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
