Joyce Morgan

Joyce Morgan currently serves as the Director of Customer Care at Copeland since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joyce accumulated over two decades of experience at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, holding various leadership positions, including Director of Operations, Director of Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning, Director of Materials and Supply Chain, and Materials Process Leader. Joyce began her career at Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corp, where the role of Master Scheduler was held for 13 years. Joyce holds a Master's degree in Business from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business with an emphasis in Management from Columbia College.
