Justin Eberlein currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Copeland since May 2019. Prior to this role, Justin held various positions at Emerson Automation Solutions from August 2010 to May 2019, including Associate General Counsel for the Flow Measurement Group and Senior Counsel for multiple divisions. Justin started in the legal field as Staff Attorney and Corporate Counsel for Emerson Power Transmission Corporation, with earlier experiences as a Summer Associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart and a Summer Law Clerk at the Office of the Attorney General under Martha Coakley. Additionally, Justin worked as a Program Associate for the American Constitution Society. Justin earned a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. Formal education includes attendance at Phillips Academy Andover and Noble & Greenough.
