Lauren Baker is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in various roles at TE Connectivity, culminating in the position of Director of Operations. In this role, Lauren successfully led the turnaround of a multi-site global product group and developed comprehensive business strategies. Additional responsibilities included directing operations strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as overseeing full site operations as a Plant Manager. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Planning and Logistics at Copeland since January 2025, Lauren has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Global Business from Clark University.
