Lisa Beasley serves as Vice President of Information Technology at Copeland, overseeing IT and digital experience initiatives for the HVACR Americas business since October 2021. In this role, Lisa is responsible for driving the IT vision and strategy, establishing priorities with the Executive Leadership team, and fostering a collaborative environment for team members. Prior to Copeland, Lisa held leadership positions at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where responsibilities included directing digital business integration, managing IT budgets, and overseeing Oracle development teams. Lisa began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman and holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton.
