Mariah Small currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at COPELAND since June 2023. Previously, Mariah held various positions at Emerson from March 2006 to June 2023, advancing from Employee Relations Representative to Global Human Resources Director, and ultimately to Vice President of Corporate Human Resources. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
