Martha Sullivan

Martha Sullivan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prominent organizations. Sullivan served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Sensata Technologies from 2013 to 2020, following a tenure as President from 2010 to 2012, and held the position of Board Director, Chair of the Growth and Innovation Committee during that time. Prior to Sensata, Sullivan was with Texas Instruments from 1984 to 2006, advancing to Vice President and overseeing the Sensor Products division. Currently, Sullivan serves as a Board Member and Audit Chair at both Avery Dennison and Goldman Sachs Acquisition Holdings Company, and holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Copeland.
