Matthew Quinn is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Quality for Copeland since June 2023, Matthew oversees quality operations across Copeland Europe. Prior to this, Matthew held multiple roles at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from 2011 to 2023, including Manager of Customer Quality, where responsibilities included managing teams across production facilities, warranty centers, and supporting a range of branded products for European customers. Matthew's engineering expertise began with positions such as Project Engineer and Senior Integrated Solutions Engineer, focusing on R&D for scroll compressors and HVAC solutions. Matthew holds a PhD and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) from Ulster University.
