Perla Ocampo

Perla Ocampo is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for the South America Region and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Copeland since November 2023. Ocampo also holds a position as a professor in the Master's program for Human Management and Organizational Development at Universidad Católica Boliviana since 2021. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Emerson Automation Solutions, Partner Consultant at NewMind Consulting, HR Business Partner at EY, Jefe Desarrollo y Recursos Humanos at QUAD/GRAPHICS, and HR Consultant at CRH/HRC Consultora Recursos Humanos.
