Ross B. Shuster

Ross B. Shuster currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Copeland, a global provider of sustainable climate solutions with over 18,000 team members. Prior to this role, Shuster was the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Howden, where the focus was on advancing sustainability before the company's acquisition by Chart Industries. Shuster’s extensive experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Beijer Ref and holding multiple leadership positions at United Technologies, responsible for various business units and global P&L management. Earlier in the career, Shuster held a Vice President position at Johnson Controls and worked as a Consultant at Accenture. Shuster holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of San Francisco.
