Ruben Cu

Ruben Cu, Jr. is currently the Business Director and Board member at Copeland, where they lead a team of over 800 professionals in the Philippines, focusing on operational excellence and employee growth. With more than 30 years of experience across various industries, including Technology Development and Manufacturing, Ruben has held numerous significant roles in companies such as Toshiba, Emerson, and Intel Technology Philippines. Prior to their current position, they managed multiple operational departments at Emerson and were instrumental in achieving ISO certifications and process improvements. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.
