Stephanie Olson

Stephanie Olson currently serves as the Director of Solutions Strategy at Copeland, where leadership of a team of solution architects focuses on customer solutions within the Cold Chain business unit. Key accomplishments include the development of innovative sales strategies, operational alignment of value-added services, and participation in Copeland’s Women in Leadership program. Previously, at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, Stephanie established the Account Delivery Manager role and led strategic initiatives in the Cold Chain sector, enhancing customer growth and satisfaction. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics, all from the University of St. Thomas.
