Tom Eelen is a results-driven business leader with over two decades of experience in industrial refrigeration, specializing in natural refrigerants and complex project sales. Previously, Tom led sales operations at GEA Group, managing significant project budgets and fostering talent development initiatives, and has been recognized for guiding organizational transformation. Currently, Tom serves as the Sales Director at Copeland, where they focus on growth targets for heat pumps and refrigeration units in Europe and lead a dynamic sales team. Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Katholieke Hoge School Zuid-West-Vlaanderen and Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen.
