Secure Cloud Storage — Sustainable by Design

CopenCloud provides secure, climate-friendly, and fully private transparent cloud storage for companies that want sustainability without compromising security, compliance, or cost. We have combined existing secure cloud infrastructures with our own software, which automatically selects the most optimal cloud solution for each company and its data-storage needs.

Companies rarely access large amounts of their data; however, this data remains constantly accessible, consuming significant energy. This is where CopenCloud excels. We store your data in two ways on our platform:

- Hot Storage: Instant access to files stored in Hot Storage.
- Cold Storage: Files stored in Cold Storage are accessible within one hour.

By dividing data storage into two tiers, our cloud platform saves up to 90% on power consumption, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions and conserving large amounts of energy. Documented in this report: https://copencloud.com/docs/CopenCloud_Rapport.pdf

User-friendly Platform
We have developed a simple and user-friendly platform, including a scanner that analyses your data and provides feedback on how to optimize your use of Hot and Cold Storage.

If you have not accessed a file within the last 30 days, the file is added to a list where — and with one click, you can move it to Cold Storage.

With the built-in Activity Log, we track your storage usage and send a monthly report showing how much CO₂ you have saved, which can be used directly in your ESG report.

We offer data storage from 200 GB. Our webshop includes a pricing model where you can see your monthly cost based on your needs.

If you need a backup solution to ensure you never lose data in case of a security incident, we have also developed a backup streaming platform called Green Box, which can be added to your subscription.
