Copenhagen Float offers floating therapy, massage treatments and infrared sauna in the centre of Copenhagen.

Floatation (also known as sensory deprivation, or Restricted Environmental Stimuli Therapy), is a powerful tool in regulating the nervous system and reducing inflammation in the body.

It has been scientifically-proven to help people recover from conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD and sleeping disorders. It helps others with pain reduction or management, and for some it's tool to deepen their meditation or mindfulness practice.

Floatation takes place in a floatation tank, 550kg of epsom salt allows a person to float effortlessly on the surface of the water. Muscles release deep tension, and the lack of sensory input allows the brain to get a true rest from the noise and stresses of every day life.
