Copenhagen Performance is a bid agency specialising in the identification, evaluation, and preparation of responses to public tenders — with a particular focus on EU-funded projects and innovation programmes.
We combine deep bid management expertise with AI-powered automation through our proprietary platform, Bidshark.io. Bidshark continuously monitors public procurement databases, scores tender fit against your business profile, and accelerates proposal development — so your team spends time on the opportunities that matter, not on manual scanning.
What we deliver:

🔹 Tender identification and opportunity screening across EU funding programmes

🔹 Bid/no-bid evaluation with structured scoring

🔹 Full proposal writing and submission management

🔹 AI-assisted proposal generation via Bidshark.io

🔹 Post-award support and reporting frameworks
We work with organisations that compete seriously for public funding — whether that is innovation grants, infrastructure tenders, or service contracts — and want a structured, data-driven approach to winning.
Explore Bidshark.io or contact us to discuss your next tender.
