Michael Roche, MBA, is an Operations Manager at Cope Plastics, Inc., where they previously served as an Industrial Engineer II, optimizing inventory and developing efficient scheduling tools. With experience in managing complex processes at Anheuser-Busch as a Process Support Group Manager, Michael has a strong background in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. They began their career with an internship focused on improving efficiencies in the workplace and have held various roles in engineering and operations management since then. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
