Simon Mutua

Simon Mutua has a background in logistics and service quality management, with experience spanning multiple roles. At Friendship Manufacturing Limited, Simon served as a Dispatch Clerk, responsible for processing dispatch requests and selecting appropriate transportation methods. Following this, Simon worked at Copia Global as a Service Quality Lead, where responsibilities included developing service quality standards, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and training service quality representatives. Simon also held the position of Stock Controller, overseeing inventory operations and utilizing management software for optimization. Previously, as an Accountant at Caritas, Simon managed accounts payable and receivable, prepared financial statements, and facilitated external audits. Simon holds a Bachelor of Cooperative Management from Chuka University, graduating with 2nd Class Honors in 2020.
