Pazit Oz

Pazit Oz is an experienced professional with over 20 years of work experience. Pazit currently serves as the VP of HR & Operations at Copilot.cx. Prior to this, they were the Founder and CEO of Bare By Pazit Oz, where they built and managed a top brand to a highly profitable business. Pazit also held various roles at Bank Hapoalim בנק הפועלים, including Division’s HR Manager and Executive Assistant to CFO and Member of the Board of Management, Marketing Account Manager, and Executive Assistant to Chairman of the Board. Before that, they were the Head of Operations at Pixel (acquired by "Game Play Tech"), where they handled HR and employee welfare, managed day-to-day operations, and handled marketing operations.

Pazit Oz began their education in 2000, when they attended Southeastern Louisiana University and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS. Pazit then moved to Goma - Israeli Center for Mediation in 2010-2011. In 2014-2016, they studied Photography at Studio Gavra. From 2015-2019, they studied Neuro-linguistic programming at NLP for Change. Currently, they are attending Tel-Aviv University - Lahav Executive Education and studying Psychology - Positive Psychology.
