Ivan Zhou

Ivan Zhou is an experienced venture capital partner and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Partner at Accel, where responsibilities include leading seed and Series A investments in early-stage product-oriented teams. Additionally, Ivan holds roles as a Board Director at Decagon and an Advisor at Copilot and Personal Investor, while previously directing product management at Niantic, Inc. after the acquisition of Mayhem, a company co-founded by Ivan that focuses on real-time products for gamers. Ivan has also held significant positions such as CEO of Comet Home and Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners, alongside an analytical background at Criterion Capital Management and Morgan Stanley in the investment banking sector. Ivan earned degrees in Molecular Biology and Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a program at Y Combinator.
