Will Gray

Will Gray possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CopilotIQ since 2024. Prior positions include Head of Central Operations at Forward from July 2018 to 2023, and Head of Consumer Products & Licensing at Riot Games from 2014 to 2018. Will co-founded Three Cherries and held the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development at Cinder Block, which was acquired by Bandmerch. Previous experience also includes roles at MTV Networks as Digital Programming and Strategy, as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as a Research Associate at Medtronic. Will holds a Master's degree in Medical Engineering from Harvard Medical School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
