John Rae-Grant

John Rae-Grant is an experienced product management leader currently serving as Head of Product at CopilotKit since January 2025, where the focus is on integrating AI copilots into applications. Prior to this role, John held the position of Vice President of Product Management and Developer Relations at DataStax, overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing cloud products for developers from June 2020 to April 2023. Previous experiences include significant roles at Google, including Lead Product Manager for Cloud DevOps Connect, Google Play services, and Gmail, contributing to the growth of Gmail from 350 million to over 1 billion users. John is also the founder of The Art of Work, an organization that specializes in executive coaching and strategic advisory for tech leaders, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University and a Professional Certificate in AI/ML from the University of California, Berkeley.
