And because our talented chef has a passion for farm-to-table cooking and loves to play with flavors, we are able to create an abundance of uniquely delicious dishes that change with the seasons. Those, combined with a core menu of classic favorites and fresh seafood options, ensure that diners at Copious will never be bored. 

We specialize in pairing all of our menu items with wines from our extensive, award-winning collection. Our entire staff is well trained to help you with selections from our cellars, and our Cruvinet machine—one of the only ones in the area—allows for pressurized storage of opened wine bottles preventing degradation and ensuring a perfect pour for every glass.  Not a wine drinker? Not to worry. Copious also offers an impressive array of craft beers on tap as well as a small selection of bottled beers and some pretty phenomenal craft cocktails.
