Jake Huber

Jake Huber is the managing partner at Coplex, a venture scaler that provides services to startups in the areas of recruiting, employer branding, and people ops. Prior to Coplex, Jake was with Upkid, where they advised CEO on hiring, people ops strategy and employer brand. Jake helped Veho grow 4X from 70 to 285 employees, and increase candidate inbound by 500% in 6 months.

Jake Huber earned a BS in Accounting and an Entrepreneurship minor from Lehigh University. Jake then went on to earn an MBA in Corporate Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University as well. Jake Huber has also completed certificates from Harvard Business School Executive Education in Leadership and Strategy, and has a Venture Deals: Venture Capital Certificate from Techstars.
