Jorge Leal

Jorge Leal, CFA, currently serves in the finance department at Coppel S.A. de C.V. since January 2020, bringing extensive experience in financial risk management and analysis. Prior to this role, Jorge worked at Afore Coppel from May 2006 to January 2020, focusing on financial and operational risk management as well as fundamental and credit analysis. Jorge's career began at Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, where responsibilities included financial risk management from April 2002 to April 2006. Jorge holds a CFA charter from the CFA Institute, completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2022, and earned a Master’s in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey along with a Bachelor's in Economics from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas A.C.
