Mireya H.

Mireya H. currently serves as the Chief IT Governance Officer and Director of Agility, Product Model, and UX at Coppel since May 2024, overseeing the alignment of agile ecosystems across various business units. Previously, Mireya held the position of Head of Quality, Methods, and Tools at Deloitte from October 2012 to April 2024, implementing and supporting global methods throughout Latin America and coaching projects internationally. Earlier roles include Program Leader at Negocios Digitales, PMO Manager at Interlatin S de R L, and leadership positions in project management and process reengineering across multiple organizations. Mireya holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and has obtained certifications in project management and coaching.
