Cailey Holman has had a varied work experience. Cailey began their career in 2008 as a Lifeguard at the Palm Bay Aquatic Center. In 2011, they became a Sales and Service Representative at Premiere Oaks Stadium 10. From 2013-2015, they were a Senior Design Project at the University of Central Florida, and then a Reliability Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2015-2016. In 2016, they became an Office Manager at Bonanza, where they were responsible for onboarding employees, coordinating interviews, maintaining a clean and productive office environment, managing accounts payable and receivable, managing stock options, liaising with third party vendors, researching/procuring office equipment and supplies, improving current office space, planning activities and events, supporting the CEO, and reconciling the company’s budget and taking care of money related matters/requests. From 2019-2021, they were an Employee Experience Coordinator and Office Manager at WEconnect Health Management, and is currently a Sr. Operations Manager at Copper Banking.
