Copper Beech was founded by Matt Hobbs to advise clients in the Private Members’ Club, F&B and Hotel industries on all aspects of their business.

We work with developers, private investors, international hospitality groups and sovereign wealth funds to conceive, structure, and launch complex hospitality and membership destinations. That includes; building financial models, writing membership strategy, sourcing F&B operators and interior designers, integrating systems to provide best in class data, curating events or managing the project in its entirety on your behalf.

Copper Beech has advised on projects across London, Dubai, Vietnam, Europe and North America. Our work spans the full development lifecycle - from early-stage concept creation and market positioning to financial modelling, operational strategy, and launch.
