Matt Fields has extensive experience in the construction and sales industries, currently serving as President of the West Division at Copper Builders since May 2014, with prior roles including VP of Construction and Senior Project Manager. As the owner of M Squared Maintenance since January 2012, Matt also held various sales and project management positions at Neff Rental, Cellular Sales Verizon Wireless, Ryan Homes, Ferguson Enterprises, and North State Communications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Fields is recognized for effectively managing construction processes, developing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets throughout the career.
