Tim Pratt is an accomplished professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Copper Builders since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations such as land acquisition, sales, and strategic planning. With over 15 years of experience, Tim has held various key roles, including Vice President and Land Manager at NVR, Inc., and Diagnostic Sales Specialist at Hologic, achieving significant growth and revenue increases in competitive markets. Earlier career accomplishments include serving as Construction Cost Manager and Project Manager for NVR, Inc., where Tim managed major urban development projects and received multiple awards for excellence in project management. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology and Industrial Logistics from Purdue University.
