Located in West Chesterfield, NH, Copper Cannon Distillery is an award-winning, family-owned, premium rum distillery that hand-crafts fine spirits for people that appreciate outstanding quality. All of our spirits are mashed and distilled on-site.  Our small batch production still is modular, which allows for customized configurations to extract sublte flavors from high-quality ingredients. We use new charred oak barrels and carbon filtration to help add complexity and smoothness to our aged products.
