Zoe Spring

Zoe Spring is an experienced policy, communications, and public affairs specialist currently serving as the Head of Policy and Advocacy for the Great British Railways Transition Team (GBRTT). They previously held the title of Associate Director at Copper Consultancy and Multimodal Policy Manager at Logistics UK. Zoe also worked as a UK Research Assistant in the European Parliament and served as a Senior Caseworker for Victoria Prentis KC MP in the House of Commons. Additionally, they have been a Bicester Town Councillor, actively participating in various committees and initiatives. Zoe holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Birmingham and completed a program in Media, Art, and Culture at the University of Amsterdam.
