Andy Hays

Andy Hays is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial advisory. Currently serving as President and Co-Founder of Copper Run since April 2008, Andy partners with business owners and executives to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. Prior to this, Andy was the Principal at Hays & Company Financial, LLC, and worked in investment banking at Cantor Fitzgerald. Starting a career at Ernst & Young as a CPA, Andy holds both an MBA in Finance and a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
