Vane Jung

Vane Jung has an extensive work experience in the field of product design and UX/UI. Starting from 2009, Vane served as the Head of Multimedia Design at Tonic The Agency, where they led digital product design and front-end development. During this time, Vane designed websites and mobile apps for clients such as Lenovo, Microsoft, and Garmin. They also built responsive websites and web-based apps.

In 2014, Vane worked as a UX Architect at True Local, where they governed the digital experiences and strategies for the company's web and mobile products. Vane played a key role in redesigning the business search, discovery, and consumer review experiences. They also designed an intra-application to help the content team moderate user-generated content.

In 2016, Vane served as the UX Design Manager at Foxtel, where they managed a design team and led the digital experience, products, and ecosystem. Vane led the implementation of the rebranding project across all digital products and also oversaw the subscription experience and content discovery experience.

Vane joined Search.io, an Algolia Company, in 2018 as the UX & Design Lead. In this role, they governed Sajari's holistic product experience, branding, website, and design maturity. Vane designed technical products such as search experience, console, analytics, and pipeline configuration. They also designed site search API demos and sandboxes for B2B purposes.

From 2020 to 2021, Vane worked at Hootsuite as the Team Lead for UX & Design. They refined the product discovery and signup experiences to improve growth and retention. Vane also made improvements to overall web experiences, including product detail pages, learning materials, and support.

In 2021, Vane joined Mogo as a Senior Product Designer. They designed and developed Mogo's mobile applications and improved the online customer experience. Vane played a crucial role in designing the wallet experience to enable seamless fund transfers between all Mogo products, banking accounts, and peers. They also refined design practices by leading design systems and redefining workflows.

Currently, Vane works at Copper as a Senior Product Designer, starting in 2023.
