Vikki Shimoda

Vikki Shimoda has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are working as a Sr. Onboarding Specialist at Copper since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager, Customer Success at Rethink Solutions Inc. from March 2020 to May 2021. From December 2012 to January 2020, they held the position of Manager, Professional Services - Customer Success, Design, and Project Management (Global) at ResponseTek - ZephyTel - ESW Capital. Before that, they worked at Vision Critical as a Team Lead - Project Management from October 2011 to August 2012, and as an Account Manager from September 2008 to October 2011. Vikki'sprevious experience also includes working as a Project Manager at Fjord Interactive from December 2006 to April 2008, Senior Project Manager at Ipsos Interactive Services from 2004 to 2007, and EA at Elections Ontario from 2002 to 2003.

Vikki Shimoda obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from St. Francis Xavier University from 1997 to 2001.
