Copperfield Recruitment has been part of the Chertsey business community since 1987, helping local SMEs find the operational support professionals who keep businesses running. For nearly forty years, we have remained proudly independent, rooted in the area, and trusted by employers and candidates alike.

As an SME ourselves, we understand the realities of small business life. Led by Paul Thompson and Laura Dale, we offer immediate access to four decades of expertise rather than layers of account managers. That level of partnership means we genuinely understand what you're up against: limited time, stretched resources, and the high cost of getting a hire wrong. We've been there ourselves.

Our approach is value-led and straightforward. We find candidates who truly fit your business and stay for the long term.

We believe recruitment works best when it is built on trust and clarity. Our philosophy is simple: when you succeed, we succeed. With decades of resilience, empathy for SME challenges, and a commitment to personal service, Copperfield Recruitment stands out as the trusted local partner for businesses and professionals across Chertsey and beyond.
