Emma Murray

Emma Murray is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business growth and management across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Global VP of Renewals at IFS since February 2020, Emma focuses on sustainable business growth and customer retention. Emma's previous roles at IFS include VP of Indirect Markets and Chief Operating Officer for key regions including Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Prior to IFS, Emma was Managing Director and Country Manager at Microsoft, leveraging expertise to drive innovation and growth in various industries. Emma also held leadership positions at IP Incubation Company and GK Software AG, where notable achievements included establishing and growing brands in Africa. Emma's career began at Software AG and included roles in Safmarine Computer Services, Attachmate, EDS Africa, and Abs Computers. Emma holds an MBA from Henley Business School, a Higher Diploma in Project Management from Cranefield College, and a B.Com in Informatics and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
