Lance Olmsted

Lance Olmsted currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Expedition Growth Capital and a Board Member at Factbird, both positions held since June 2024. Prior to these roles, Lance was the Chief Executive Officer at MEMCO from April 2023 to May 2024 and the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Head of EMEA at Redzone from January 2014 to May 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Software & Technology Sales Mentor at American Corporate Partners from May 2019 to April 2023, various operations leadership roles at AdvancePierre Foods from February 2011 to January 2014, and an Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics from January 2010 to February 2011. Earlier in their career, Lance volunteered for the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America from May 2006 to January 2010 and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2010. Lance holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
