Mitchell Lindback is a cannabis industry professional with over a decade of experience in cannabis derivatives. Currently serving as the Managing Member at SauceBoss Ltd. since 2021, they provide bespoke extraction consulting and operational oversight. Previously, Mitchell held roles such as Director of Derivative Operations at MJardin and Extraction Consultant at Shift Cannabis Co., where they developed compliant facility designs and standard operating procedures. In their earlier career at Green Dot Labs, they received accolades for "Best Concentrate Product" and "Best Cannabis Concentrate" from Westword Magazine and the Cannabis Business Awards.
