Wayne Young

Wayne Young is an experienced maintenance management professional with a strong background in equipment maintenance and repair. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Copperweld since June 2022, Wayne has previously held roles including Equipment Maintenance Manager at Bocar US, Inc., and Assistant Maintenance Manager at Walker Die Casting, Inc. With extensive knowledge in maintaining production and facilities equipment, Wayne has also contributed to PLC programming and ABB robot troubleshooting. Prior experience includes roles in facilities maintenance and project coordination in the technical services sector, alongside military service as an Aviation Electrician's Mate in the US Navy. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western Governors University and a Technical Diploma in Industrial Electricity from Tennessee Technology Center at Pulaski.
