In the real estate business, the most important thing is how you design a space. But it gets even more interesting when you go beyond that – when it becomes about intelligent location development, and not just one-dimensional site use or a high rate of return. When you take responsibility and seek out dialogue.

As a partner and initiator, COPRO is active in the areas of project development, real estate investment, property leasing and sales, as well as property management for commercial and residential spaces in Stuttgart and Berlin for over 25 years. Managed by its founder, the company was started in Berlin in 1993 by Marc F. Kimmich. Since then, COPRO has specialised in complex property development projects and renovating existing residential and commercial properties and protected buildings. The projects can be characterised by attention to careful, sustainable modernisation as well as design-driven visions.

Experience, intuition and a wide range of services are the hallmark of COPRO Immobilien. Complicated processes are part and parcel of our business. Thanks to years of experience, we can guarantee that all aspects related to construction, financing and administration are conducted in a timely manner. This leaves us the time necessary to make intelligent design decisions.
