If companies must bridge gaps due to the lack of a successor, illness, transitions to the establishment of a new vacancy or other acute needs, e.g., in change management projects, I will be happy to support you with my expertise as an Interim Manager in procurement.

The focus of my activities is on strategic procurement, i.e., the management of procurement transformations, the development and implementation of procurement strategies including internal demand assessment and external market analysis, execution of tenders via e-sourcing and TCO considerations, execution of contract negotiations, the design of strategic supplier management and implementation of efficient procurement processes.

I can be deployed flexibly. As an Interim Manager Procurement, I work for large and medium-sized companies throughout Germany but also in other European countries. For a limited period, I can be deployed for instance in the role of a Procurement Director, Procurement Manager, Commodity Manager, as well as a Project or Change Manager.

With many years of international experience in strategic procurement management, I offer you unique added value as an Interim Procurement Manager. My outstanding talent lies in generating innovative ideas and evaluating them with a strong analytical perspective. This ability enables me to identify new opportunities and optimisation potential in your procurement organisation.

As an innovator, I stand for creative solutions, and I am always looking for new ways to make your sourcing more efficient and competitive. I am familiar with the latest trends and technologies in the procurement sector and use them in a targeted manner to achieve your strategic goals.

What sets me apart is my ability not only to develop ideas, but also to ensure their successful implementation. I am an experienced Project Manager and have the necessary skills to plan, coordinate and bring complex projects to completion.
