Kelly Munich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly started their career in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant at Gentner Chiropractic Center, where they managed patient schedules, handled insurance verification, and performed monetary transactions. From November 2016 to June 2017, they worked as a Leasing Consultant at Peak Campus, where they marketed and leased apartments, responded to leads, and implemented sales and marketing strategies.

In 2017, Kelly joined TheraNest as a Customer Happiness Specialist, responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues. Kelly later became a Customer Happiness Manager, leading a team and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Kelly also analyzed industry trends in customer experience, employee satisfaction, and the mental health space.

In 2020, Kelly joined Therapy Brands as the Director of Customer Care, overseeing customer support operations. In May 2021, they transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Manager at Copysmith. Kelly is currently working as the VP of Business Operations at Copysmith, where they are responsible for managing business operations.

Kelly Munich completed their bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wright State University from 2011 to 2015.
