Paulo Garcia

Paulo Garcia is the founder of Cor.Sync, currently leading innovative initiatives in the field. Previously, they worked as a Scrum Master and Product Developer at Mendel Medical, where they implemented agile methodologies and developed electro-mechanical projects for medical equipment. Their earlier experience includes positions at Sismatec, where they contributed to the engineering and development of hospital equipment, and at PIAL Legrand do Brasil, focusing on circuit calibration and equipment preparation. Paulo holds a Tecnólogo degree in Mecatrônica Industrial from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná.
