Our mission is to transform organizations, individuals, and communities through the relentless pursuit of healthier living and a greater sense of purpose.

We do this through:
•	Adopting client culture
•	Creating management trust
•	Demonstrating employee trust

With more than 60 years of cumulative executive experience helping companies perform better, our team has a breadth of clinical and business experience with some of the most recognized company names in healthcare and commerce. COR succeeds by building stronger and healthier companies one person at a time through a unique set of services, delivered by holistic-minded professionals.

Outcomes center on enhancing employee and performance by personally developing the employees’ ability to work smarter, more efficiently, and without injury or pain. As we work to improve the workplace, we transition warmly to personal health and living happier and healthier. As we uncover what motivates and drives people, health improves and the impact is evident. Our relationships with organizations deepen with every successful participant and we become part of the organization.

Our voluntary participation-model is uniquely designed to scale to a client of any size. Contracts are based on the number of participants we serve and time required onsite, a distinct competitive approach. Most programs charge based on total headcount. When participants volunteer, get results, and in some cases, contribute to covering the cost of the program, the value is visible and validated.
