Boris Grdadolnik has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a General Manager at East Side Mario's and Food and Beverage Director at Stage West All-Suite Hotel and Dinner Theatre. Currently, Boris serves as the Director of Franchise Development at Cora Restaurants, overseeing franchise development in Western Canada and Ontario. Boris is responsible for qualifying potential franchisees, researching potential sites, and providing financial guidelines to franchisees. Boris attended Humber College from 1994 to 1996.
