Chase Carlson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Volunteer Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints until 2006. chase then moved on to Brigham Young University, where they served as a Facility Supervisor from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Pioneer and held multiple positions, including Director of Operations from 2008 to 2014, Vice President from 2014 to the present, and President & CEO from 2016 to the present. In 2012, Chase became the President - Mid Atlantic Chapter of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), where they oversaw day-to-day operations, financial management, and membership growth. chase also played a key role in launching a Site Supervisor Certification program. In 2016, they joined the Board of Directors for BSCAI and served until 2018. Starting from 2018, Chase has also been a Member of YPO. In 2021, they joined the Board of Directors for BSCAI again. Most recently, they founded Cora and has been serving as the CEO since 2022.

Chase Carlson attended Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their major was Facility & Property Management, and they also pursued a minor in Business Management.
