Coral Property Developers, is a privately-held building construction and property development firm based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. CORAL PROPERTY DEVELOPERS develops and acquires Commercial and Residential Real Estate for its own account, as well as for its other various Limited Liability Partnerships. This includes Shopping Centers, Office, Development Sites and other investment-grade properties.

We established the business in 2003 under Company Act 1982, under the name Coral Construction (Pvt) Ltd. We have a 11 year business history in the construction field. During this period, we successfully completed large scale construction projects.
