David Charest is the Senior Vice President of Functional Ingredients and Solutions Business at Corbion. They held various leadership roles at Corbion, including Vice President of the Meat Industry from 2015 to 2020 and Vice President of Sustainable Food Solutions Business from 2020 to 2023. Prior to Corbion, David served as a Global Business Unit Leader for Food Protection Ingredients at DuPont Nutrition & Health in 2015 and held the role of NAFTA Regional Business Director for the Specialities and Cultures Division at Danisco from 2004 to 2009. David earned a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and completed the International Executive Program in International Business at INSEAD in 2009.
