Gina P.

Gina P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gina started their career in 2005 as a Marketing Associate at McDermott Will and Emery, where they developed and implemented marketing communications and branding strategies.

In 2009, Gina joined Vanguard as a Senior Manager/General Manager, leading a 150-person team and delivering $3 billion in annual cash flow for the company's retail sales organization. Gina also served as the Chief of Staff for the International Division, driving growth strategy development and execution.

From 2013 to 2017, Gina co-founded and developed Avantūr, a women's outerwear brand and e-commerce company. Gina brought their love of design and small businesses together to create this venture.

Gina has also held roles at American Express OPEN, Emerge, and Holman, where they led various business development and strategy initiatives. At Marlin Capital Solutions, they served as the Sales Platform Leader, leading the company's digital transformation and driving lead generation and sales execution activities.

Most recently, Gina joined Corcentric in 2023 as the SVP, Strategic Sales. Corcentric is a global provider of business spend management and revenue management software and services for mid-market and Fortune 1000 businesses.

Throughout their career, Gina has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and strategy, while successfully driving growth and delivering results.

Gina P. holds an MBA in General Management and Strategy from The Wharton School. Gina also obtained a BA in English from Boston University and participated in an exchange program at the University of Oxford, studying English and Political Science. Additionally, they have a Product Management Certificate from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Gina has also earned certifications in FINTECH REVOLUTION: TRANSFORMATIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND STRATEGIES from Wharton Executive Education and Emeritus in the year 2022.
